A field of saturated colour held through unequal support.

Chromatic Load I brings black, cyan, magenta, yellow and pale stone into a structure where colour behaves as weight. Broad planes enter from the edges, overlap and redirect one another, while the dominant black mass carries pressure across the composition.

The work is immediate in colour but slower in construction. Cyan opens the structure, magenta drives it laterally, and the small yellow field acts as a concentrated point of transfer.

It is a resolved structure held at the edge of imbalance.
